Who we sell to

• We are a wholesale-only dealer: we buy vehicles from anyone, but sell only to licensed dealers through our private dealer portal. Nothing on this public website is an offer to sell a vehicle.
• Dealer-portal terms (as-is sales, payment before title release) are provided to approved dealers separately.

Selling us your vehicle

• Instant online offers are estimated ranges, subject to in-person inspection — never a guaranteed price.
• Any offer we make is based on the information and photos you provide and is subject to inspection, title verification and lien payoff confirmation.
• You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to sell the vehicle.
• You keep ownership of the photos you upload and give us permission to use them to evaluate your vehicle.

Communications

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we may call or text you about your request at the number you gave. Consent is not required to buy or sell. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website: no spam, false submissions, scraping, or attempts to access areas that aren't public.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Tom's Top Motors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
