• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, preferred contact method, and for buyers your company, dealer license number and country.
• Vehicle details when you offer to sell a car: VIN, year/make/model, mileage, condition answers, title and loan information (lender and payoff amount), asking price, and photos you upload.
• Messages you send us through our forms.
• Technical information: we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type to prevent spam and abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
• How you found us: if you arrive from one of our ads or another website, your browser remembers that ad or site (on your device only, for up to 90 days, no cookies) and includes it with any form you send us, so we know which advertising works.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your vehicle and make you an offer.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We only call or text you about your request if you check the consent box; you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts).
• To complete purchases and sales and meet legal obligations (for example DMV and dealer record-keeping requirements).
• To keep our website secure and prevent fraud and spam.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (website hosting, database and file storage, email and text-message delivery, spam protection), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.

Photos

Photos you upload when selling a car are private: only our staff can see them. They are never published on our website.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, then delete it.
